Avui veig a l’entrada Purposes: Philosophy vs. mathematics una certa forma d’autocrítica saludable. Per exemple, per a les matemàtiques:

que de fet prové de “The Unreasonable Effectiveness of Mathematics in the Natural Sciences”, d’Eugene Wigner, en un article de l’any 1960.
Em pregunto si altres disciplines també s’han creat de forma autojustificable…
